Teri completely transformed by long distance running technique from a lazy, injury prone shuffle to a strong confident stride which allows me to complete the Ironman Switzerland marathon with power and a pace which was unimaginable before my 6 sessions with Pure Running. Teri’s passion to support me in achieving my objectives were a key part to my success.

Hear Ian Dodds, (52) results from working with Pure Running   Until recent years I played golf, tennis etc but my feet became increasingly painful due to damage caused by Osteo arthritis.   “I am a 50 year old runner trying to get my 10k time down to sub 36 mins but being foiled by constant calf strains.
