  “I am a 50 year old runner trying to get my 10k time down to sub 36 mins but being foiled by constant calf strains. Frequent sports massage has helped recovery but doesn’t seem to prevent the injuries. Then I discovered Teri at Pure Running. Congratulations to all that completed the Leeds Abbey Dash, hopefully their were lots of PBs met by all. It was a fantastic turn out, even with the fog!! Unfortunately I wasn’t racing myself but I went to show my support to friends and Pure running clients. Some fantastic times were achieved.
