Hear how Phil managed to overcome his reoccuring calf strains, to complete Ironman Switzerland.

Teri completely transformed by long distance running technique from a lazy, injury prone shuffle to a strong confident stride which allows me to complete the Ironman Switzerland marathon with power and a pace which was unimaginable before my 6 sessions with Pure Running. Teri’s passion to support me in achieving my objectives were a key part to my success.
